William Barshow Obituary
Windsor: William 'Bud" Barshow, 81, died Sat. morning Dec. 14, 2013 at his home. He was predeceased by his wife, Carol Barshow. He is survived by his 2 children, Jacqueline & David White, S. Windsor, Michael Barshow, Binghamton, 4 grandchildren, Brittany Barshow, Ty & Tate Mulcahy, Cheyenne White, 2 great grandchild, Otto Mulcahy & Gunnar Brown, half brothers, George & Dawn Donaldson, Litchfield, CT, Robert & Doris Donaldson, Litchfield, CT, Johnny Donaldson & Sue, Litchfield, CT, half-sister, Eloise & Jack Ross, FL and also several nieces and nephews and his close companion & care giver, Ruth Hauptmann. He was a retired 23 year employee of Montgomery Ward Co., US Army Veteran of Korea and a member of American Legion Post 1645.
Memorial Service will be held at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home 69-71 Maple Street Harpursville on Sat. Dec. 21, 2013 at 12 Noon. Rev. Emrys Tyler, Pastor of Nineveh Presbyterian Church will officiate. Burial will be in Knox Cemetery, Ouaquaga. The family will receive friends at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home on Sat. Dec. 21, 2013 from 10:30 a.m. to 12 Noon prior to service. On-line condolences may be made at: www.omaddenfh.com.

We are so sorry to hear of the loss of Bud, especially at this time of year. What a nice man he always was. We'll especially miss his smiling face at the Windsor Band Concerts.
