I got to know Connie at the RCFE where she resided the past couple of years, when I'd come in to do Activities. She was always pleasant, kind and had such a sweet way about her. By her comments, it was easy to pick up on her intellectual wit and knowledge. She was a dear woman and I would have loved to have known her in her younger years. She will be greatly missed. Mrs. Bartz was the kindest, smartest, loveliest, person to have as Secretary at Lucas Valley School with Mr. King as Principal. I remember feeling really happy when I would go to the office for anything and talked with Mrs. Bartz. My experience from kindergarten to sixth grade at that school was unbelievably enchanted. Mrs. Bartz was a large part of that experience.
