Richard Daw Obituary

Richard "Hoss" Joseph Daw passed away on September 25, 2025, in North Las Vegas, NV, after a courageous five-year battle with stage four cancer. He was born on November 27, 1961, in Santa Rosa, CA.
Richard served in the United States Air Force and later dedicated 13 years of service to the County of Sonoma before retiring in 2014. Following his retirement, he relocated first to Rochester, NY, and eventually made his home in Las Vegas, NV.
A proud Raiders fan and Air Force veteran, Richard embodied perseverance and resilience throughout his life-qualities that reflected both his personal journey and his unwavering spirit.
He is survived by his daughters, Esther Morris and Melanney Daw; his son-in-law, Michael Morris; and his beloved dog, Roxi.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. For inquiries, please contact Esther at 1-707-889-0966.
