I met Todd back in Jr. High but we really became great friends in HS. We both went to Chico state and had many good times together. It didn't matter if you were golfing, camping, riding ATV's or heading to a concert you were going to have a great time if Todd was with you. He had a great sense of humor and always made you laugh. He will be very much missed.
I wish he truly knew how much his friendship meant to the ones that loved him. I love and miss you my brother from another mother.

We lived in the moment, the day was ours, and we believed there was no end
We went over the line, but returned again, no dilemma we could not mend
With reckless abandon, we tempted the fates; we’d live right from tomorrow
Thus we ignored that not all make it back, and the time we have is borrowed

Todd - you were a great friend and an amazing person and you are truly missed

God saw that he was getting tired and a recovery was not to be. So, he put his arms around him and wispered, "Come Home With Me."
With tearful eyes, we watched him suffer, and saw him fade away. Although we loved him dearly, we could not make him stay. A golden heart stopped beating. A determined spirit is at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us he only takes
the best. Love Neal and Gayle Rasmussen.

I met Todd over 15 years ago when he was working in sales at Dunaway Paints. I could always count on him for a big hug and a smile that lit up the room. If you were really lucky, you'd hear about one of his adventures or misadventures! He loved making people laugh and always had an amusing story to tell. Stories about his dogs, his vacations, trying to stop his new wood stove from rolling down the driveway! Another time, at the Matthews Paints golf tournament, Todd was so excited to golf that he forgot to set his parking break. After the tourney he was sure his car was stolen until he realized it had rolled back into another parking spot farther down the parking lot! Todd will be fondley remembered for his kind heart, his enthusism with life, and warm, caring ways. My sincere sympathy to the Baldwin family and all those who loved him.
Rest in Peace Todd....

Dear Toddy family-- I had the pleasure of spending time with Cotati Toddy last summer and will hook up with him again in Gods time. That I am hoping Todd Knows. A Warrior he is. It will be sad for me and a loose end of sorts as I owed him a 12 ft. boat. Jonnie if you ever want the boats in Baja and I will take it where you want. A Lot late now but something tells me Toddy is still keeping track. I loved him. 253-381-0450 Donnie Arnestad

I had the opportunity and pleasure of working with Todd while he was with Dunaway's Auto Paint. My company has been a supplier to Dunaway's for almost 19 years and at the time Todd was a outside Sales Consultant. What I remember most about Todd was he was always asking questions of me and my team, always wanting to provide the BEST products or services to his clients. Todd wasn't just a Sales Rep, he was a Sales Professional. He really enjoyed what he was doing and loved providing the correct process and procedures for his clients. Todd would never sell something to his customers that they didn't need, he was a TRUE PROFESSIONAL, always going above and beyond the call of duty. Rarely do I see this in today's business climate.
I wish I had the opportunity to have had Todd as a friend, more than a business associate. He was one of a kind and will be missed by us all. My condolences to his family, friends and anyone that had the chance to have met Todd.

I met Todd almost 40 years ago when i was in pre-school when he and his family moved in next door on Keokuk St. We became long time friends. Todd will be missed by all that knew him. He had the knack for leaving a bright spot in your day. Duke (as Gary nick-named him) was the type of guy that would go the extra mile for you. His laughter was contagious. He had the gifts of caring, comforting, sharing, loving, giving, and just being a friend. My favorite memory with Todd was when he and I would play ball in his indoor play court and swim in the pool at his home on Jasmine Lane. My deepest condolences to Gary, Jonnie, Brooke, and Shelby, and to the rest of the family and friends who are all feeling this great loss. Wishing you all strength in this difficult time. You are in my prayers.

I was welcomed into the Baldwin and Galiata Families through the introduction of my husband. We had many conversations surrounding the SF 49er's and Giants. Todd is a tremendous loss not only to our family and to his many friends as well as our community. He will be missed and always remembered for his smile. Our throughts and prayers go out the the Baldwin and Galiata Family.

My brother introduced Todd to me about 15 years ago and we'd been friends ever since. Todd had a heart of gold and was full of love. He will be missed tremendously not only by his friends family, but the world. The world is a much better place with people like Todd in it. We love you brother, may peace be with you.
May our thoughts and prayers be with the Baldwin family.

I got to know Todd in Jr.High and then in H.S I will always remember the smiling face and the blond hair. In those days I don't think I ever seen a frown on his face. He made those days happy.
My prayers and many thoughts are with the Baldwin family.
