Alfred Gandee

GANDEE, ALFRED "FRED" Age 55, passed away 8/2/2006 of a heart attack in Salonia, OK. Fred was born 10/9/1950 in Hemet. He was a 1968 graduate of San Jacinto High School. Upon graduation from high school, he enlisted in the Army where he became a Ranger, then advanced to the Delta Force which was his passion. He was selected to attend the military language school in Monterey, CA, where he became fluent in Farsi. He retired from the Virginia Army National Guard in 1999 as a Chief Master Sergeant. Fred is survived by his wife, Shirley, of OK; 3 sons, Freddie, Marc and Kenny; his mother, Jean Gandee of San Jacinto; 2 brothers, Mike of Little Elm, TX, and Pat of Yucca Valley, CA, and 5 grandchildren. He was laid to rest in Oklahoma.
