DANIEL CARMEN VITULLO Daniel "Dan" Carmen Vitullo of Anaheim, CA. left his family on Wednesday, 2/2/2011 at the age of 67 after succumbing to complications from a chronic health condition. He passed peacefully, surrounded by his immediate family. Dan was born on March 2, 1943 in Chicago, Illinois. As a child he moved to Covina, CA, graduating high school in 1961. He was a proud veteran of the US Air Force, and was an honor graduate in Jet Aircraft Mechanic Training School as well as a Vietnam Veteran. After the Air Force, he graduated from Citrus College in Glendora in 1975. Following in his fatherâ_Ts footsteps, he manufactured and sold formal clothing wear in the garment industry. Dan entered the Automotive and Racing industry and became a successful salesman for Koni Shock Absorber and Rocket Wheels. Dan started his own business, Dan\'s Machine Tool, Inc. in 1985. He was a successful business owner and entrepreneur, first in Orange, CA, and later in La Mirada, CA. Dan is a past president of the Pacific Coast Machinery Dealerâ_Ts Association. Danny loved model trains, fishing, poker, traveling and spending time with his family. Danny is survived by his loving companion of 18 years, Jennifer Kushner; daughter and son-in-law Lisa and Randy Ramos; son and daughter-in-law Danny and Emily Vitullo; and 4 granddaughters , Alexa, Callie, Anika and Fiona; sister and brother -in-law Christine and John McCusker; nieces Agustina Naber and Angela Pena and their families; and former wife Caren Reily. Dan was preceded in death by his parents Carmen and Augustina Vitullo and his nephew John R. McCusker. A Rosary and viewing will be held on Thursday, February 10, 2011 from 4:00 â_" 8:00pm at Evans-Brown Funeral Home, Sun City, CA. A Funeral Mass will be held, Friday, February 11, 2011, 1:00 p.m. at St. Martha Catholic Church, Murrieta, CA. Interment will be held, Tuesday, February 15, 2011, 12:45pm at Riverside National Cemetery.
