Jacqueline Gish Obituary

Jacqueline Bowen Gish Jacqueline Bowen Gish passed away on September 3, 2018 at the age of 79. She was born in New York State and was a resident of Hartford, CT for 14 years. Jacqueline lived in Corona 44 years and died of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in her home with her family. She was an Executive Secretary and worked for the United Technologies Corp. in East Hartford, CT for 14 years, antiques and collectibles business owner in Corona for 10 years. Jacqueline attended Becker College in Worcester, MA and was a former member and Church Council President at Bethany Lutheran Church in Norco, CA. Jacqueline is survived by her husband of 50 years, Christian (Fred) Gish; daughter Laura A. Cunnington M.D. and husband Robert Cunnington of Orlando, FL; sister-in-law Rose A. Gerke of PA; brother-in-law Ernest P. Gish of PA, and 4 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents John R. Bowen and Virginia I. Bowen of New York State, grandparents George and Iona Brown and Richard and Mary Bowen. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial contributions be made to COPD foundation, 3300 Ponce De Leon, Miami, FL 33134. A celebration of life will be held at a future date at the convenience of the family.
