It was a great blessing to have had the opportunity to meet matthew. Thank you Matthew for all your patience and for teaching this first time softball team mom some of the rules and procedures to understand the game. I'll always remember your bright cheerful smile. I know you'd be proud of me now...I'm getting closer to tracking the score and I can now pack the equipment bag. You'll be missed. Veronica, Continue to look onto the Lord for the strength to continue on. Our children are a gift from God. Continue to Thank God for giving you such a great Son. God Bless!

To all of matthews friends and family...we have lost a person who w loved and admired.. even tho hes not here we cherish every moment we had with him.. i remember a couple of times in the snack bar with him.. i loved his laugh and the charm he had.. i would always just sit back and watch him help the people in line.. i love matthew so much and everyone misses him so much.. everyday we just thank God we know where he is...and im glad.. every day i sit in class and i look at his picture.. the funeral was so hard.. and i cried so much.. but now im doing better and i miss him dearly.. and.. i cant wait to see him... and i know hes lookin down on us.. and watchin us live the life he couldn't..

To Matthews Family, Our deepest sympathy. We pray everyday for thing such as these do not happen to our loved ones. We also pray that if they do, that God keeps them close for they are the ones he chooses to be his angles that will watch over the rest of us. There is little anyone can say to ease the pain, but I was once told that when that when angels arrive in heaven they are given a candle, and they are sometimes hard to keep lit because of tears from loved ones keep putting them out. Do not cry because he's gone, smile for how he lived.

The first time I heard the name Matthew was on Vicentia street years ago. My daughter, Jackie, had a little crush on a cute kid? After that, I always asked Jackie about you. Matthew, one day you were going to be my son in law. You were taken too soon, but God knows why he made that decision. May you rest in peace! Until we meet again. To one of the coolest dudes I began to know. He had a great personality and some mad skateboard moves. Well mad to me because I had know idea how to skate and he was going to help teach me.
