I met Susan at an Half Century Club dinner when I first came to California. Because of her club, I have met a wonderful man. Thank you Susan you are dearly missed.

My husband and I were terribly sorry to hear about the passing of Susan Liption. I met Susan while I was a reporter with the Press Enterprise newspaper. I wrote a story on her newly formed Half Century Singles Club. She was a delight to meet and interview. Also she is the person who introduced me to my future husband at one of the club's dinners and subsequently we were married in 2012 and Susan was kind enough to attend our wedding. I will never forget her because through her caring efforts, she brought me my husband David and more importantly my happiness. Rest in peace! David and Hope Griffiths
