You helped me through the darkest days and helped me keep my sanity in a insane place. You became a brother until the day we parted. We will meet again soon. Sorry I never came back. I thought I was going to see You in March. I should have been there for you.

Dear Mrs. Kauffman, Dennis and Jimmy,
I'm so sorry to hear of Mr. Kauffman's death. He was a really great guy -- energetic is the first word that comes to mind when I think of him. Always on the go, always with a project to do, and always so zippy! I'd like to think that I have half his ability to get things done -- then I'd be making real progress.
Your family is in my heart. My deepest sympathy to all of you.
Love,
Janis Raye

Dear Cassie, Dennis and Jimmy,

I am deeply saddened by the news about the death of Jim. I am so very sorry. This must be very difficult for you. Please remember that you are in my thoughts and my prayers.

Jim was such a kind and hard-working soul, who will be greatly missed by all who knew him. I will always remember how much pride he took in your beautiful yard in Brigantine, and I can picture him out on a hot summer day mowing the lawn! He certainly set the standard high in our neck of the woods! When I think back to the many families who made Brigantine such a great place to grow up, Jim and your whole family are those I remember happily and fondly.

May God bless you all during this time and always.

With deepest sympathy,
Tammi Raye Pittaro
