Marie Fitzgerald Browne

BROWNE, MARIE FITZGERALD, 90 - passed away February 25, 2008. She was born in Java, VA, and reared in Atlantic City. She and her husband raised their family in Teaneck and then moved to Virginia Beach, VA in 1998. She is predeceased by her husband, Wendell P. Browne; her son, W. Phillip Browne; her parents, William and Alice Fitzgerald; and her siblings, Pearl White, William Fitzgerald, Jr., Theodore Fitzgerald, Emily Brown, Evelyn Jones, and Ruth Cook. Marie is survived by her daughter, Maryellen Browne; granddaughter, Melanie James; a brother, Ross Fitzgerald; and a host of other nieces, nephews and cousins. A funeral service will be held at 1:15 p.m. on Monday, March 3rd at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home. The family will receive friends prior to the service at 12:00 noon in the funeral home.
