1960 - 2021

DiOrio, Michael, - 60, of Northfield, passed away peacefully, in our home, surrounded by loved ones, on July 3rd at the age of 60. He fought a courageous fight until our father called him home. Mike is pre-deceased by his parents Louise and David DiOrio. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife Yvonne. They were together nine years, married on Sept. 20, 2019, and were true soulmates. He was her king and she was his queen. Mike is lovingly remembered by his brother Dave, his wife Patty, nephews David and John, and great-nephews David and Patrick, along with his step-children Emily, John, and Alanna, as well as granddaughters Kaylee, Sofia, and Luna. Mike was born and raised in South Philadelphia. He became a Master Carpenter and belonged to the Local 255 Carpenters Union. He was a jack of all trades, who's craftsmanship and talent were admired by all. As a perfectionist, he took extreme pride in every task he completed, especially the custom home he built. He also enjoyed spending quality time with family and friends, going on vacations, and being a Poppy. He will be forever loved and deeply missed. May he rest in peace. The viewing will be held at Adams-Perfect Funeral Home, 1650 New Rd. Northfield, NJ 08225, on Friday, July 9th, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be held in his honor, at St. Gianna Berreta Molla Parish, 1421 New Rd.
