Richard E. Lieberman

LIEBERMAN, RICHARD E., 88 - of Princeton Junction, passed away on Monday, July 24th, in the hospital in Glen Burnie, Maryland. He was born in Philadelphia in 1918. He was a S/Sgt. in the Army Air Corp, a World War II Veteran, and a graduate of the Casey Jones School of Aeronautics. Richard was also a Past Senior Vice Commander and member of the Jewish War Veterans. He was also a lifetime member of the Disabled American Veterans. He was a foreman with both Coast Photo Engravers and Brooks & Idler Printers, and a seller/supervisor at the Atlantic City Race Track. During his retirement, he was a volunteer at the Bookbindery of Jewish Older Adult Services, and past president of prime Timers of the Jewish Community Center. Richard was a member of Justice Lodge #285 F&AM, and a long time member of Congregation Beth Judah in Ventnor. He was the beloved father and grandfather of Norman J. Lieberman, Joseph Giffels and Rose Lieberman of Pasadena, Maryland, and Gloria M. Lieberman and Larry Conforti of Princeton Jet. Relatives and friends are invited to attend graveside services, Wednesday 10am at the Rodef Sholom Cemetery in Egg Harbor Township. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions in his memory may be made to the American heart Association, Arrangements by Roth-Goldsteins' Memorial Chapel, Atlantic City.
