Thomas James Ade of Mays Landing passed away peacefully surrounded by family on July 8, 2024 at the age of 87. Born on December 16, 1936 in Tampa, FL and raised in Wading River, NJ. He graduated from Egg Harbor City High School and served in the Naval Reserves. Tom had a very active life filled with diversified interests and businesses. He loved his family and devoted his life to them. He was the consistent rock, quietly sitting and listening then offering sensible advice with a dash of humor. Survived by his wife Nancy of 65 years; daughters, Deanne Tomasetti (Richard), Gerri Mazzeo (Vince); grandchildren, Brooke, Taylor and Tyler Dyer, Montara, Amanda, Ted; and great-granddaughter Lola Ann Dyer. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to honor Tom's memory to the Funny Farm, 6908 Railroad Blvd., Mays Landing, NJ 08330.
