Thomas Gallagher Obituary

Gallagher, Thomas, - 79, of Northfield, passed away on October 12 after a long health battle. Born in 1943, Tom grew up in Atlantic City and graduated from Holy Spirit High School in 1961. He was a Navy Radarman and honorably discharged in 1964. Tom worked at Lenox China for 39 years as a customer service manager and retired in 2006. Tom was a lifelong fan of Notre Dame football and the Phillies. He also served as President of the Northfield All Sports Association from 1977 through 1985. Tom rests in peace with his wife Kathleen (2013), brother Richard (1995), parents Thomas Flaherty (1944) and Anne McDevitt (1979), and stepfather Richard "Butch" Gallagher (1993). He is survived by sister Anne (Nancy) Swan of Linwood, NJ; three children Chris (Judy) of Linwood NJ, Scott (Larissa) of Clayton CA, and Kellie of Highlands Ranch CO; and six grandchildren: Kyle, Sarah, Kailyn, Emily, Cole and Will.

A celebration of life is being planned in December. Online donations will be accepted in Tom's name to the Wounded Warrior Project. Arrangements by and condolences at www.adams-perfect.com.

I knew Tom & Kathy from HS; we all "partied hard", back in the day! Knew their children, (Chris & Scott, then Kellie), and, Tom´s sister, Nancy.
SOoo saddened to read/hear of this... had heard that "T" was quite ill. (Unfortunately we lost touch with each other!).
