BEVERLY WEINZ Obituary

Beverly L. Weinz, 74, of Hopewell, passed away on Monday, February 2, 2015. She is preceded in death by her father, Raymond Cote; and her husband, Richard Weinz. Beverly was a member of First Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening and was a member of the Hopewell Garden Club, camping, and spending time with her family and friends.

Beverly is survived by her sons, Kevin Weinz and his wife, Pat, Jeff Weinz and his wife, Donna; daughter, Karen Fricke and her husband, Donnie; grandchildren, Ashley Tucker, Amy Haddox, Victoria Camire, Kevin Weinz Jr., Courtney Weinz, Brian Weinz; six great-grandchildren; mother, Margaret Dutremble; brothers, Raymond Cote, Ernest Cote, sister, Priscilla Bales; numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, February 5, 2015, at First Baptist Church 401 N. 2nd Ave., Hopewell, VA, 23860, with a visitation to be held one hour prior. Interment will take place at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children, 950 West Faris Street, Greenville, SC 29605.
