CHRISTINA TINCH AND INFANT PRINCE Obituary

Ms. Christina Joy Tinch and her Little Prince of 203 N. 16th Ave., Hopewell, Va., passed away suddenly on Sunday morning, July 26, 2015. Chris was a beautiful young woman with a gorgeous smile, warm heart and she was truly devoted to her son, Avery.
Christina graduated from Bellport Senior High School in 2008. Christina was preceded in death by her mother, Lillian Alcaraz Spence of Bellport, N.Y.; grandmothers, Felicita Irizarry and Bennie Spence; and grandfathers, Mr. John Thomas Tinch of Hopewell, Va., and Clayton Spence.
She is survived by a son, Avery Mason (his father, David Mason of Hopewell); her father, Johnny Thomas Tinch III (Debra) of Hopewell; grandmother, Mrs. Emma Tinch of Hopewell; step-father, Roger Spence of Bellport, N.Y.; brother, Roger Spence Jr. of Bellport, N.Y.; aunts, Ms. Nichole Alcaraz of New York and Ms. Emilia Alcaraz of Irvine, Calif., Sunsiray Spence Turner (Daniel) of New York; uncles, Mr. Dwain Tinch (Kesha) of Prince George, Va., and Mr. Brian Tinch (Chanelle) of Hopewell, Clayton Spence Jr. (Celeste) of New York and Mr. Daniel Turner of New York; a special godmother, Linda Brown of Bellport, N.Y. Christina was blessed to have many cousins and extended family too numerous to name, but all were held in her heart.
Service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at First Baptist Church, City Point, with Rev. Rudolph Dunbar, pastor, officiating.
