Jake first attended Breath Matters in February of 2015 and was a regular attendee, enthusiastically sharing his highs and lows in his battle with COPD. He was passionately supportive of Breath Matters and Pulmonary Rehab at Chippenham Hospital. He was equally verbose of those that he thought did not meet his expectations as health care providers.
Jake in his quest for information, sometimes put our speakers on the spot by asking very open questions. He did this to enable all of us to make better-informed decisions about our own health care.
Jakes passion for helping others with respiratory diseases is a benchmark for all of us to carry on.
