JOSEPH CHUDOBA Obituary
Joe was a life-long resident of Prince George County, where he provided for his family through farming the land. He also enjoyed wood-working, spending time with his family, and was always willing to lend a helping hand to others.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 69 years, Emily Stech Chudoba; three daughters, Anne Marie Beamer (Kevin), Joanne Bennett (Buddy) and Patricia Hays (Brett); brother, Bernard Chudoba (Dorothy); three grandchildren, Jennifer Dishner (Aaron), Joseph Hays and Matthew Hays; special niece, Anne Croxton; and numerous beloved cousins, nieces and nephews.
A funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, September 21, 2017, at Church of the Sacred Heart Parish, 9300 Community Lane, S. Prince George, VA 23805. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 20, 2017, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., with a wake service at 7 p.m. at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Church of the Sacred Heart Parish.
The family is being served by the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
