ROBERT P. STOREY

Robert Paul Storey, 69, passed away peacefully, Saturday, April 30th, in Colonial Heights, Va. Mr. Storey was born in Arkansas, July 14, 1946, son of the late Ellsworth and Martha Storey. Bob proudly served his country as a member of the United States Navy in the Vietnam War. He was a twenty-six-year member of the American Legion and a member of the Lions Club. Bob worked as a butcher and retired from Kroger Grocery Store in 2012. During his retirement, he enjoyed cooking for his family and spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his loving wife, Donna; his step-children: Deborah (Atilla) Terzioglu, Kimberly (Del) Kearney, Tena (Jason) Schurr, Kenith Lissow and Shaun Lissow; and ten grandchildren: Chelsea, Ashley, Aydin, Kayla, Nathan, Tonya, Alese, Danielle, Olivia and Seth.

Memorial services will be held 5:30 p.m. Saturday, May 7, 2016, at Life Church, 16801 Harrowgate Road, Colonial Heights, VA 23834. A reception will follow at the home of Bob and Donna Storey. Memorial contributions may be made in his honor to the American Cancer Society, 4240 Park Place Court, Glen Allen, VA 23060.
