Daddy, have you met Bill yet? I hope you’re both together and getting to know each other. You would have loved him. I finally got the love of my life and was sure you sent him to me. You know I waited a lifetime for a good man and I’m having trouble grasping why God took him from me so soon. I wish you were here to comfort me. I need my Daddy. I miss Bill more than I can possibly express and my heart is broken and will never be the same. I don’t know how to go on without him. I miss you and love you and pray that you’ve met Bill and he sees what an incredible man you were and you see what an incredible man I finally got. I love you both more than words can say. Bonnie

Your birthday is in 4 days and I am missing you so much. My heart has a giant hole in it. How do I get through this without you? You were the one person who got me through it all. I love you so much. They say it gets easier with time. But it's not. Rest in peace my forever angel.

Dear Doris, Andrea, Jamie and Bonnie, Marilyn were saddened to hear recently of Stan's passing. Stan showed me so many ways to treat people respectfully during the time I spent with him at the store. He made it possible for me to go to college because without him I would never have had the opportunity nor the desire to do so. He taught me how to act on my feet with confidence. It surely has made it possible for me to be a successful banker for the last 42 years. I will always remember him and his trust in me. I loved him very much and I will continue to periodically dream about our wonderful times together. May God bless him and all of you in your time of sorrow.
With love, Paul

I would like to express my deepest sympathy to the family. Stan's and Stan (owner) was known for impeccible style and taste. He knew what his customers wanted and when it arrived, surely he would personally call for my father to come to the store. He was always a gentlemen and has been missed in Petersburg, Va. I will always remember him.
