He is Survived by his wife, Denise; two stepchildren; and his sister, Sandra Neace; and lots of other lifelong friends.
A memorial service will be held November 10 at 3 p.m. at Covenant Christian Fellowship, 542 Southpark Blvd., Colonial Heights, Va.

So glad we got to catch up at our 50th Class Reunion and enjoyed our time together. We'll miss Wayne at the next one, but he'll be remembered for sure. Sending the family our sincere condolences.
