Aram Ohanian

OHANIAN, ARAM A. "ACE" 97, of Minnesota Ave., Warwick, passed away on Friday, August 15, 2014 at Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center in Providence. He was the beloved husband of the late Susan M. (Masoian) Ohanian. Ace was a cook for Union Foods & Commercial Workers for many years before retiring and was a WW-II U.S. Navy veteran. He was an active parishioner at Sts. Sahag & Mesrob Armenian Apostolic Church; a member of the Armenian General Benevolent Union; and a member of the Armenian General Athletic Union. He was the devoted father of Michael J. Ohanian and his wife Barbara of Medway, MA, Thomas A. Ohanian and his wife Lisa and Seta M. Chateauneuf and her husband Russell, all of Cranston; loving grandfather of seven, loving great-grandfather of three; and dear brother of the late John and Sam Ohanian and his twin sister Marion Parks. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service on Wednesday at 11 a.m. in Sts. Sahag & Mesrob Armenian Apostolic Church, followed by burial with military honors at North Burial Ground, Providence.
