Bruce was an awesome mentor and coach. Even as an adult always took the time to talk and chat at CHS or the Friday night swim. more than anything a great human being.

Bruce will always hold a special place in my heart. He was a great coach, we worked hard for him, but enjoyed every minute. I was part of his first Cumberland team, 1-13, sorry Coach, tough record but it was still a great team with a great coach. Bruce will be missed.

Bruce, we will miss you very much. We loved talking to you while you were either walking your dog or riding your bicycle. It was so surprising to find a neighbor who attended our beloved Florida State University. You will be missed in Snug Harbor. Bill enjoyed talking to you about training for the lifeguard test. Bill valued the great advice you gave him, and he was the lifeguard at our church's boys & girls camps. We love you & Lynn, and we'll be there for Lynn.
