Christine Enos Obituary

ENOS, CHRISTINE B., 90, of Stillwater Rd., died Thursday at home. She was the wife of the late Joseph Enos.

Born in and a lifelong resident of Smithfield, she was a daughter of the late Joaquin 'John' M. and Francelena S. (Repoza) Pimental.

Christine was employed by Worcester Textile and later by Mine Safety Appliances of Esmond for 10 years. She was an avid bingo player and a member of the Smithfield Senior Center.

She was the beloved mother of Donald J. Enos, Evelyn Hurley, and Gail Alarie, all of Smithfield, and the late Gloria Enos. She was a devoted grandmother of nine and great-grandmother of 11. She also leaves a sister, Gloria Folco of Smithfield. She was sister of the late Mary Carrillo, Lena Folco, Frances Dufresne, and William Pimental.

Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. from the ROBBINS FUNERAL HOME, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 in St. Michael Church. Calling hours Monday 5-8 p.m. Burial in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Michael Church, 80 Farnum Pike, Smithfield, RI 02917 or Home and Hospice Care of RI, 169 George St., Pawtucket, RI 02860.

My sincere sympathy on the less of your mother. She was such a sweet lady. I have such fond memories of her when Gail and I were growing up. She was always so nice to me as a child. I know she will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
