David Lemek Obituary
David had worked as an assistant manager for Hallmark in Smithfield and previously was an assistant manager for The Log Gift Shop. Upon his passing David and his family gave the gift of life through organ donation.
Besides his wife of 29 years, his daughter and parents, he leaves two brothers, Paul A. Lemek and Peter A. Lemek and a sister Jayne E. Graham.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass on Friday, August 8, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, Atwood Ave., Johnston. Visitation respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Providence Ronald McDonald House, 45 Gay St., Prov., RI 02905. Condolences at maceroni.com
