Dear Pat and Family,
Please accept my condolences and those of my family on the passing of your Father. I will always remember my Dad talking about Frank Reddy and how important Local 251 was to them. It was at my Dads knee that I learned how important it was to be part of a Union. Only elderly years will steal the memories I have of my Dad and his stories of Frank Reddy and the members of Local 251. Accept our thanks for all of his hard work on behalf of the "working man". It will not be forgotten.....On behalf of my father, Richard, please accept our heartfelt sympathy..I'll always remember the years at the Providence Police Department.

To all my Dad's family and friends: My Dad would have been so proud and honored to have seen all of you. The kind words that were spoken to me, my brother's, and my mom made a difficult time less painful. My Dad touch many lives but don't under estimate the impact all of you had on his. On those difficult days, I will remember the great memories of my Dad and all the kind words that where shared by all of you. My Dad will continue to look over all of us with a big smile.
