Gloria Truit Obituary
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Mary (Riccitelli) Forte. She worked at Holy Ghost School Day Care in Providence for many years and was an avid reader.
Gloria was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Besides her husband of 56 years, she leaves three sons, Michael A. Truit and his wife Gail, Robert J. Truit and John R. Truit; two daughters, Denise D'Amore and her husband Thomas and Laurie Ann Sprague; eight grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; a brother, Thomas A. Forte and two sisters, Rosemarie Giusti and Anne Boutier. She was the mother of the late Thomas W. Truit and the sister of the late Joseph Forte.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service Wednesday at 10am in Ocean State Baptist Church, 600 Douglas Pike, Smithfield. Visiting hours respectfully omitted. www.maceroni.com
