The only man my brothers and I ever knew as "Grandpa" was a never-ending source of inspiration. While his sense of humor made him endeared to many, his extraordinary work-ethic and patriotism made him the quintessential member of "The Greatest Generation". One of my most prized possessions is one of his shirts he wore in the Army Air Force that he gave me many years ago. Our loss is really the country's loss. Like the B-17 so many years ago, Harry Cole finally flies his last mission.

Grandma Sadie, Jodie and family,
Grandpa Harry will always be remembered for his smile and laughter that lit up a room. We will miss our times with him. He always had a great story, and had a great sense of humor! Even in some of his sickest times, while in the hospital, his sense of humor still shone through! Please know you are in our thoughts. Take care of yourselves, With love, David, Donna, Alex and Abigail xoxo

Sadie and Jodie,
Please except my deepest sympathy for Harry's passing. I'm gratefull I had the opportunity to meet him. He had wonderfull stories while staying with us in the hospital. He was a strong man and loved his family. Seeing him the past few weeks really hurt and I'm glad he's resting in peace. God Bless and stay strong.

Sadie and Jodie,

So sorry to hear of Harry's death. He and I had a lot of laughs and conservation when he was at South County Hospital. He always had a "little story" to tell. Especially about Victor(my brother).
