My deepest sympathy to Jackie's family. I had the pleasure of working with Jackie in the gifted program in the Pawtucket schools, as a teacher in the school where she was principal (Curvin-McCabe school), and later as a guest in her math classes at Providence College. Jackie was a friend as well as a colleague. Jackie had a way of bringing out the best in a person. She was unique. She had a loving way of making everyone feel special. Heaven has a special angel. She is missed but never forgotten.

Jackie was my sixth grade teacher back in the very early 80's. Not only was she an incredible teacher, but also a great friend. She was truly one of a kind and will be greatly missed. Anyone that was lucky enough to have had her as a teacher was blessed.
