James Paquin Obituary

PAQUIN, JAMES D. 54, died Wednesday, October 1, 2014. He was the former husband of Patricia J. (Colasante) Paquin and son of Jean M. (Dacey) Paquin and the late Ernest E. Paquin. James was employed at Rite Aid Pharmacy for over 30 years, where he served as district manager. He is survived by two sons, Adam J. Paquin and Chad M. Paquin and three grandchildren, Tyler, Allyson and Evan. He was the brother of Daniel Paquin and Diane Paquin and the late Ernest Paquin. His funeral will be held Monday, October 6, at 8:30 am from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave. with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Peter Church, Fair Street. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours Sunday 4-7 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 1210 Pontiac Avenue, Cranston, RI 02920, will be appreciated. Information and condolences, visit QuinnFuneralHome.com.

I was sad to hear of Jim's passing. I talked with Jim about 10 days ago and although I knew of his illness, I had no idea he would be gone so soon. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Paquin Family. I had the pleasure and privilege of working with Jim at Brooks and Rite Aid for 15 years. Jim was a true professional and loved people.
