Janice Apici Obituary
Janice worked in Human Resources for over 40 years at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital.
She was the sister of Ralph O. Apici, Jr., John Apici and William V. Apici (ret. Providence Police Dept. Sgt.) She is also survived by four nieces, two nephews and two friends; Dorothy Allegra and Jean Rivera.
Her funeral will be held FRIDAY at 8:45 a.m. from 'WOODLAWN' Funeral Home, 600 Pontiac Avenue, Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Augustine Church, Mt. Pleasant Avenue, Providence. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. CALLING HOURS TODAY, Thursday 4-8 p.m. Donations in her memory may be made to Providence Animal Rescue League, 34 Elbow St., Providence, RI 02903. My sympathies to the family and Dottie and Jean, you lost a good one, and I enjoyed my banters with Janice over the years, but especially enjoyed when she worked with the good doctor, who she is now serving coffee to in heaven, and listening to the finest opera. As I affectionately called her since The Doctor's party, Fare thee well The Janice.
