Sue,Krissy and family. We were so saddened to hear of your loss. We have great softball memories. Krissy's Florida trip and the ensuing pool volleyball are thoughts we won't soon forget. Jeff was so fun to be around. We hope everyone is doing well in this difficult time. Take care.

I knew Jeff from The Providence Journal when he first started working there. Jeff played softball with us. He always had a big smile. He was easy to get along with. Rest in peace Jeff and peace to your family.

Words cannot express how sorry I am for your loss. Jeff was a kind and giving person I that I had the pleasure of working with throughout our years at the Providence Journal. He had a great smile and was always there to help if needed. Another wonderful person taken from us much too soon. Rest in peace Jeff.

Jeff we miss you! My heart has a huge break in it right now. A week ago today we spent 5 hours driving together and we planned our retirement. This wasn't supposed to happen yet. You better be in heaven watching down on us while squeezing in a few rounds of golf. We love you hon.

I'm so sorry to hear of Jeff's passing. It's been many years since I last saw him, but I remember him from our fraternity days as a friendly, warm-hearted guy with a curly mane and a mischievous smile, who seemed to be good at every game from softball to bowling, and who always lifted everyone's spirits. I'm glad I had a chance to know him back then.

Jeff was my first boss at the Providence Journal, a kind man who always cared about the people he worked with. He was an inspration to me as I grew professionally...I find that my management style is a direct reflection of the manner that Jeff managed me and so many of my fellow Circulation Department employees. He will be missed. Condolences to the Peffer family at this most difficult time.
