We worked at the Smith Hill neighborhood pharmacy. Looking alike, we were often confused as brothers. I miss those happy times of 1978-1981.

All our sympathy to Mom and Dad, Brian and Grace, Tony and Kerri. We will always remember Jeff as someone who had an opinion about everything and knowledge of many obscure facts. He was a good Dad and son and will be sadly missed. May God Bless him and receive him into his embrace as he rests in peace. Love Jim, Min, Ryan and Kevin You are loved

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Bailey and family, please accept my deepest condolences on the passing of Jeff.
Jimmy, when & where did you, Jeff, and I have more fun? Was it while playing on Arrault St, working at “the drugstore”, or participating in St. Patrick Parish events? Maybe while we were in high school at OLP? Perhaps all... Let us enjoy the happy memories.
I am truly saddened that Jeff is gone. May he rest in peace.
God Bless all of you.

I try to think back to the times we had together and I start to remember all the little thi gs we did and it makes me sad. Not necessarily because your gone but because it took this to remind myself of those memories that were buried somewhere inside that I had forgotten about . I remember playing asteroids when I was like 9 and thinking I was awesome and you came along and beat my butt to teach me humility. I remember when you carried me 6 blocks in 100 degree heat when I cracked my skull on my big wheel at the park. You did that without eeven a 2nd thought. You showed me courage . I remember when I fell out of your Duster taking that turn on Sharon St Prolly going to fast. That showed me you could feel fear when I thought you had none. I remember when you showed me how to throw pitches in the back yard of Mom and Dads. That showed me that you had knowledge that you wanted to share and showed me your love for the game. I remember always looking up to you and thinking you were the coolest BIG Brother in the world. You were always tjere for me when others looked the other way. You jad my back and i always had yours . I remember those things now and it makes me wish they were able to be lived over again and again.
I love you Jeff

I try to think back to the times we had together and I start to remember all the little things we did and it makes me sad. Not necessarily because you're gone but because it took this to remind myself of those memories that we buried somewhere inside that I had forgotten about. I remember playing Asteroids when I was like nine and thinking I was awesome and you came along and beat my butt to teach me humility. I remember when you carried me 6 blocks in 100 degree heat when I cracked my skull on my big wheel at the park. You did that without even thinking or giving it a second thought. You showed me courage. I remember when I fell out of your Plymouth Duster taking a turn on Sharon Street probably because you were going too fast lol. That showed me you could feel fear when I thought you had none. I remember when you showed me how to throw pitches in the backyard of Mom and Dads. That showed me that you had knowledge and that you want to share the love of the game with me. I remember always looking up to you and thinking you were the coolest BIG BROTHER in the world. You were always there for me when I needed you when others who I thought would help me didn't . You have my back and I hade yours. I remember those things now and it makes me wish I were able to live them over and over again.
You are my brother and I will miss you forever. I'll remember your laugh and how you always had a story to tell or some sort of life experience that you wanted to share with me. Those things made me the man I am today.
RIP
