John Castro, 98, He was the husband of the late Helen (Martin) Castro. He is survived by his son John Castro and his wife Carol of Marshfield MA and a daughter Arlene Weber of Bristol and the late Edward "Buddy" Weber, 2 grandsons and 1 great-grandson. Funeral Thursday 8:30 AM from the George Lima Funeral Home 367 High Street with a Mass of Christian Burial, 11AM at St. Elizabeth's Church 577 Wood Street. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery. Calling hours Thursday 8:30-10:30AM. Dear Arlene,
So sorry to learn of the passing of your Dad and my good friend. He had a great influence on my young music playing days, a patient teacher of the trombone. Memories of many good times in the PIC always comes to mind. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
