To the Cullinan Family. Its been years since I last spoke with Kevin and I am sorry I lost touch. I still remember his face light up when we talked about police work. All comrades that have left this earth for a better place are still here in our thoughts and memories.

To the Cullinan family,
Words can not express my sorrow for your loss.
I came to know and respect Kevin while we served as specials on the East Providence Police Department together. He was always willing to help.
His cheerful smile and helping hand will be missed.

It is with real great sadness to read of Kevin's passing. I worked with Kevin for years and always saw how he respected everyone around him. He was always willing to help whatever was asked of him. I admired the fact he never had an ego and just wanted to do his job to the best of his ability. I never remember him without a smile which he also brought to people around him. He spent his life serving the public and he is a great loss to everyone. Kevin, may you rest in peace.
