Maria Santoro Obituary
On June 24, 2008, they would have celebrated their 57th wedding anniversary. On July 17th, the family will observe the 21st anniversary of Frank's passing. The family takes comfort in knowing that Mom and Dad will forever be reunited.
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Tomaso and Tomasina (Marsella) Fraioli. Together with her late husband, she was the co-owner of Frank Santoro and Son Plastering Co., a business they established which operated for 36 years. An accomplished cook, she enjoyed spending time with family and friends who will fondly remember the remarkable feasts she prepared and served with love.
She will be sadly missed by all those who dearly loved her, especially her children, Angela Henderson of No. Kingstown, Lucille Santoro of Lincoln, AnnMarie Landolfi of No. Providence, Ralph Santoro, M.D. of Lincoln, Brenda Marini of No. Providence, her brother, Joseph Fraioli of No. Providence. She was the cherished grandmother of, Edgar 'Chuck' McCreadie, Brenda Lema, Anthony and Gina Marini, Lisa Landolfi, Giuliana Santoro and was the sister of the late Anthony and John B. Fraioli.
Her funeral will be held on Wednesday at 9:45 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in St. Ann's Church, Hawkins St., Providence.
