Marie DiClemente

DiCLEMENTE, MARIE A., (ROBERT) passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family. Marie was the wife of the late Dr. Bruno DiClemente and the daughter of the late Ernest and Antoinette (Poutre) Robert. Marie was the mother of Laura M. DiClemente, Robert DiClemente and his wife Judy, Cheryl Sibilia and her husband William, and Naomi Salvatore and her husband Robert. A lifelong resident of Providence, Marie was a devoted wife, mother and homemaker. She enjoyed entertaining, cooking and baking all of her family's favorite recipes. Her children and grandchildren were a great source of pride. She loved painting, beading, sewing, and fashion, and was a loyal fan of the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. Besides her children, Marie is survived by her seven grandchildren: William J. Sibilia and his wife Jessica, Alexandra Sibilia, Nicholas Salvatore, Alexander Salvatore, Carly Conrad and her husband Tim, Kira DiClemente, and Holly DiClemente. She was the sister of Ernest Robert Jr., Claire Fischer, Norma Maymon, Jeanette Frink, and Roberta Campbell. She was the sister of the late Doris Brown. Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2014, at 9 AM from the A.A. Mariani and Son Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins St, Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St Pius V Church, 55 Elmhurst Avenue, Providence. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery Cranston. Calling hours will be Monday March 24, 2014, 4 PM to 8 PM.
