MARILYN HACKETT Obituary
Born in Providence, the daughter of the late Michael and Kathryn (Strashnick) Pedlikin, she had been a lifelong resident of RI.
Mrs. Hackett was a member of Temple Shalom.
She is survived by her children, William Hackett and his fiance Terri Pantini of Middletown, Karen Misarti and her husband James of Bristol, CT, Deborah Hackett of Newport, Michael Hackett and his fiance Tabitha Dancy of Mountain City, TN, Steven Hackett of Middletown, Shana Hackett of Middletown, Anthony Hackett of Middletown and James Hackett of Middletown; and her grandchildren, Ryan, Rachael, Hannah, Kayla, Zachary, Bryan, Alex and Daniel.
The funeral service and Shiva will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, 10 Brookline Place West, 6th Floor, Brookline, MA 02445-7226, Attn: Contribution Services. Arrangements by SUGARMAN- SINAI MEMORIAL CHAPEL.

Oh children, I am so sorry to hear about your mom. Her devotion to you children was beyond the norm. We had many good times in East Bay Foster Parent Assn. I will remeber her with a fun loving heart and I will keep you all in my prayers. God bless you all.
