I met Mark in spring of 2007 during our first Operations conference in Houston, we started a conversation and found out that he and I had similar friends in the New England area. Long story short is that Chris, Mark, and I always teamed up during confereneces, the last was Las Vegas. He was a great guy always in good cheer and optimistic. I will miss him. My thoughts and prayers are with the Armstrong Family.

I met Mark over a year ago through GGP at a training conference in Chicago. Since the moment we meet we became buddies. He was a funny guy with a good heart. We kept in touch and helped eachother through our Assistant Manager program. I was heart broken to hear his passing so sudden because I will miss out on training together, the company Vegas trip we atteneded together in Feb. and good times we will miss. He had invited me up for to meet his family and to go to a Pats game, but saddened to know I wont be able to join him.

I wish his family the best, and his children more than anyone because they have lost a great man and father. I was with him in Chicago when his son had hurt his leg last year and I could tell what kind of guy he was when he talked to his son on the phone. He was the proudest father in the world when he told me about his children, and he was like a kid in a candy store when he talked about his son's sports.

God Bless you Mark and your family, and I will miss you my friend.

Shelley and Family,
Being part of the Armstrong clan, I do mean CLAN, because there are many of us, Mark was a youngster who took everything all in, as we were growing up (I am 10+ years older). Thru the years Marks name was brought up and only good intentions were associated, so we could say he learned by our mistakes. I am sure that you and yours have benefited by his favor, I did not, as time would not have it. Enjoy these thought and memories as life does carry on and cherish them accordingly as I do.....
Best wishes

Shelley;

I was so sorry to hear about Mark. I did not know him well but each time I did see him he was always smiling. I will always remember him and I hope you know my thoughts and prayers are with you and your children. Always remember, Mark is with you and will now have a front row seat to all the amazing things your children will do and become. God bless.
