Tracy, I am so sorry to hear about the death of your son, Michael. Claudette Martin contacted me with the sad news.

We have lost touch over the years but I still remember when Michael was born and how you saw, that despite the doctors concerns and suggestions that you have Michael admitted to a medical institution, that he was not just his birth issues, and took him home and helped him to grow into the wonderful person he became.

My heart aches for your loss. I hope we will soon be back in touch.

Sincerely,
Maggi (Mac Manus) Hayes

Mike, I will miss your enthusiasm, and creative spirit, determination, and gifts. You worked so hard and sought so much. But now you are free- can soar as high and far as you wish, without pain or struggle, free to shine, I learned from you and will continue to, and even in sadness I rejoice, knowing you are at peace, in a place where the music never ends.

Bill and family, although no words can really help to ease the loss you bear, just know that you are not alone and you all are very close in every thought and prayer. With heart felt sympathy, Karen Ramos.

My deepest sympathies go out to Michaels family and fellow friends. I had the great pleasure of meeting Mike at RHD in Pawtucket while he was a client there (i give guitar lessons and do a weekly music/band clinic there), and then continuing our friendship via helping Mike work on his songs, recording them and also his continued guitar and vocal studies.
He was an amazing talent, a very deep and brave soul, and most importantly a valued friend. I will miss and him very much, and will keep the lessons I learned from HIM everyday. Run free and wild with your fellow wolf brothers and sisters , and watch over us brother! I'll listen for your song when i'm deep in thought-God bless you Mike!
