Michael Mancuso Obituary
70, passed away September 12, 2017. He was the beloved husband of Gloria Ann (Natale) Mancuso; son of the late Ralph and Celia (Calabrese) Mancuso; loving father of Melissa Amadin and her husband Allen; grandfather of Maddox and Amelia; brother of Grace Iacona.
Visitation and funeral will be held Monday 9:30-10:30 a.m. in the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in St. Anthony Church, 1413 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence. Burial with military honors will be in the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hope Hospice & Palliative Care, 1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI 02904. pontarellimarinofunerals.com

In case you can't remember I am Corky's sisterI live in San Diego. We met a few years ago in Puerta Vallarta.
Corky told me about Michael and I wanted to let you know that both Steve and I we are thinking of you in these difficult times. I also wanted to share a memory with you about Michael. I remember last year when he told Steve and I about the sausages for sale at the Saturday Market and how delicious they were. He even told me how to prepare them. We followed his instructionsand I have to say while I'm not sure my preparation was quite as good as hiswe thought they were really good! That memory will remain every time we go to PV and hit the Saturday Market.

Rest In Peace uncle! Let the suffering vanish, and the enjoyment begin. Thank you for everything you've done to make me the better man I am today. You took me under your wing, and treated me like the son you never had. You taught me to cook, taught me about life's challenges, and pretty much tortured my life by making me become a fan of the oh-so-successful franchise-the Miami Dolphins! As I move into my new house this week, the first thing I will hang up, is the autographed '72 undefeated season picture you gave me during your final week with us. Say hello to my dad up there, as you two cause more trouble, just like in your younger days. Watch over Gianni and I. We could always use more angels watching over us in this cruel world. I love you!

Our dear friend Michael left us far too early, but we are left with the memories of a life well and fully lived. We golfed, we ate, we read books, we laughed, we cried. Michael was a wonderful husband, terrific father and selfless friend who blessed us all with his presence and love.
