Nancy,
Heaven is a much better place now you are there. I can't do as good a job as you did with Shena, but I'll try.

Dear Shena,
I am surprised and saddened to hear about your mother's passing. I spoke to her a few years ago but did not know she was sick. Your Mom and I worked together at St. Joe's in the 80's when you were a little girl and loved Michael Jackson. We shared many good times and many fond memories of kidding you about knowing Michael Jackson. (Now you may remember who I am). Your Mom had a good sense of humor and easy going personality. Your Mom loved you so much and talked about you a lot. Please know that I am sad to know that Nancy is no longer with us.
