BELTRAM, NEAL E.
57, passed away Friday, January 26, 2018. He was the beloved husband of Elizabeth A. (Fry) Beltram. Born in Providence, he was a son of Glennis E. (Hopkins) Beltram and the late Henry W. Beltram. Mr. Beltram was a lifelong Chepachet resident, graduated Class of 1978 from Ponaganset High School and received the first "Ideal Chieftain" award. He attained the rank of Eagle Scout and was Scoutmaster for BSA Troop 44, Glocester for over 10 years. Neal was also an avid hockey player, British car enthusiast, former catalogue manager at FRAM, and most recently worked as a customer service manager at Amtrol.
In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by his 3 sons: Corey N. Beltram, his wife Tiffany and their children Hannah and Theodore; Aaron J. Beltram and his wife Ashley; and Eric V. Beltram and his husband Kyle. He was the brother of Henry W., Jr., Noveline E. and Myles C. Beltram.
Visitation Wednesday, January 31, 2018 from 4-8pm in the TUCKER-QUINN Funeral Home, 643 Putnam Pike, Greenville. Burial will be private. The family requests memorial donations, in lieu of flowers, to Troop 44 Glocester, in care of Scoutmaster Brad Leach, 71 Brown School Rd, Chepachet, RI 02814.

Beth and Family,

So Sorry to hear about the loss of your dear husband, father and grandfather. I know that we chatted about the latest stories of Neal's and the boys automobile escapades during our work day, and often shared a good laugh. I know that you and your family will forever be able to share a lifetime of great memories about Neal. May he forever rest in peace.

I send my sincerest condolences to Neal's family. Neal and I were (and always will be) fraternity Brothers at Chi Phi at the University of Rhode Island. I remember him to be fun-loving and a caring person. I think of those days often and remember Neal fondly.

I send sincere condolences to Corey and all in the family. Neal was an acquaintance in high school 40 long years ago and was kind the few times we talked, these are my only memories and this is enough to strike hard. My heart truly reaches out to Corey and all.

We are sorry to hear of his passing. Neal was such a great example of an honest genuine gentleman. Such a loss for all of his family and friends. My family will hold all the memories of our days in troop 44 with this great example of a leader, and friend. My sons and I will never forget him. Sending our love to Beth and the Beltram family.
