Dear Amoroso Family and friends,
When I read the obituary my mind went back to a simpler time, yet very confusing and trying as it was the high school years.
I knew Glen as one of my students. I have a picture of us dancing together on a school trip.
Later on (after graduation), he, his partner at the time, and I went together to one of the reunions of his class.
Glen was always a gentle soul, full of dreams and ambitions. As I read the other entries, it appears he grew to be his wonderful self, his true self.
He affected in such a positive way, so many other folks. I am glad to say he was a part of my life for even just a short period of time as I know I am a much richer person because of knowing him.

Dear Keith and the Amoroso Family,
I'm deeply saddened to hear of Glenn's passing. Glenn and I were the same age and would see each other in Providence while we were enjoying our "hayday"... but we didn't come to know each other and enjoy friendship until we were on a more substantive life path. On that path, I came to know Glenn to be happy, joyous and free.
I'm enriched to have known Glenn, and I will keep him, Keith, and your family in my thoughts and prayers.
A perfect union - Glenn and Keith

Keith and the Amoroso family -
The loss of Glenn has hit many of us hard and I know that he will be missed.
Glenn's sense of humor, his activism, conviction to always try to do the next right thing, and his love, are only a few of the attributes that made him the special person he was. I learned so much from him, and will carry his memory with me always. May you be blessed always with kindness and warm thoughts of a life well lived.
My condolences to all of you at this difficult time.

Keith and the Amoroso Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Glenn was such a kind person to me and I enjoyed seeing both him and Keith when they came back from Chicago to visit in the Providence area. I am enroute back from Amsterdam today and I hope to make it to the prayer service. If not, know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers with all my aloha.

In these difficult days remember the good times and when all seems so painfull remember the happy times. The loss of Glen is a loss to a community who respected him and admired his courage. The loss of someone with so much still to give is always hard and we will never understand as to why. My condolence to the family and Keith on your loss.

Glen was a great guy. We ran several 5k races together. Well after my neck surgery I walked and he ran. He helped me a lot in my sobriety.

Dear Aunt Marilyn, Tressa, Dean and families, and Keith,
I am so deeply sorry and shocked to hear of Glenn's passing. I know there is nothing anyone can say that can ease the pain but please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers. It is my heartfelt prayer that God will give you all the strength and comfort you need to deal with this loss. Glenn was a dynamic person and I have so many memories (although not enough) of him and his worldly stories and experiences. I also know how much he loved you all. I'm sorry I won't be home to attend his service as I am in Florida until the 22nd.
I love you all and truly wish I were there.
