I was so saddened to learn of the passing of a great guy, NORMAN F. MARSOCCI just this week.

I am always in fond remembrance of the Marsoccci Boys (George, Sal & Norm) and their wonderful neighborhood establishment, The Washington Street Café, that took me from my early years (and experiences) of the 1970s in driving Ideal Cab, through the honor of Commentating at Saint John The Baptist Church (Saints John & James Parish) or interacting with the aggregate community via JAYCEES, it was always a fantastic experience to sit, chat, sip and chew with everyone there.

Who could ever forget those extraordinarily delicious sandwiches and the thirst-quenching mugs of beer with the entire enclave of good-natured bantering among the many loyal patrons.

All the Marsocci Men were always extremely friendly, helpful and caring guys that I can truly say I deeply miss and wish that ol'gang was still in the swing of things.

Norm was certainly a neat man to know and I enjoyed his genuine association within the perimeters of commerce and friendship.

My thoughts and prayers are truly with him and his family and we all devotedly pray to Our Risen LORD and True LIVING GOD to Bless Norm along with his family and friends for Eternity.

To the Marsocci family- We live on Mile road and Norman always invited us to his Labor Day celebration. He always stop over when he saw me out in the yard and had his dog with him. We also knew his son Norman who is he talked about so often. He will be missed and God Bless him and his son. I know they are together in heaven along with my late husband.

To the Marsocci Family...I live on Mile Road, and your dad would stop to talk to me every time he saw me walking my dog. We talked about him losing his son and how heartbroken he was. We talked about his medical problems, and he was alway upbeat. Raven was always in the back seat of the truck with his bed and his water dish. He loved that dog. My heart goes out to all of you. May God see you through these difficult times. Losing your Dad is not easy. Give Raven a kiss for me.
Sincerely the Cole Family...ps he always knew how much I loved dogs.
