To My Dear Cousins, and Tayla,

Losing Paul at such a happy time in the prime of his life is a tragic and shocking loss; almost unbelievable to those who knew and loved him.
It is said that God does not give us more than we can bear.
I have watched you shoulder prodigious losses before, and, like many, I marvel at your remarkable strength and your enduring faith.
While I cannot feel the depth of your loss, I share your profound sorrow.
Knowing how much each of you are loved and treasured by your cousins, aunts, and uncles, my hope is that this knowledge provides some comfort to all of you.
We are here to help in sharing the weight of your sadness and grief.

With love and sympathy,
Jane

Be Still

Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.

Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.

If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.
