I am so sorry for the loss of your love one. My first job after high school was working with Richard at the Controllers Office for the City of Providence in 1956 thru 1964. Richard was the head of the Data Entry division. So many great memories and lessons were learnt. I thank you for all that you have done. May you rest in peace.

To Uncle Frankie and to all my cousins and family members who are touched by the loss of Uncle Richard; I didn't get the news until I was on my way out for work for a few days. When I saw the picture of him on the website, I immediately recognized the features of my own father in Richards face. Seeing that and reading his obituary brought back so many memories from so long ago. My sister Charlene told me a nice story about how Uncle Richard and Aunt Lou had taken care of me for a few weeks when I was baby. To all who will miss him and to who he was so dear, my deepest condolences.
