To Phyllis, Gian and family,
Ron was one of the greatest person's I have ever known. Him and I randomly met in 2010 outside a voting location. He was helping a local political candidate by holding a sign. We started chatting about politics then somehow about fly-fishing. We ended up exchanging email's. He got me involved with the NP-GOP and the N.P. Zoning Board, the latter he was the Chairman of after Dennis Reall retired. Ron made bold and progressive changes to the rules of the board, for the purpose of making the local residents more familiar with procedure and making the meetings more transparent. I remember Ron most for his advocacy for military veterans and his love for fly-fishing. The world is truly a better place because of Ron. God bless.

Dear Mrs. Montecalvo & Gian and Family , Ron was an awesome guy that I've known for some 23 plus years through the Rhody Flyrodder's . I am the bartender for the club for the past 23 plus years. Unfortunately I had just got in from my other work and was reading the paper (6:45 pm) and missed his calling hours , I deeply regret missing them. Ron was a great man, friend, and fisherman/sportsman . He will be missed by not only myself , but many many people . May Ron have tight lines forever in heaven and may he rest in peace, Our deepest thoughts and prayers go out to all of Ron's family , friends, fellow co-workers and especially all the members of "The Rhody Flyrodders. God Bless , Peace & Love.
