THOMAS McCAFFREY Obituary
Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Thomas F. and Catherine E. (Johnson) McCaffrey Sr. He resided in Cumberland for the past 39 years, previously residing in Cranston.
Mr. McCaffrey was employed by Food Enterprises Inc. of Canton, MA for 19 years, and was previously employed in the maintenance department of the Cumberland School Department for 19 years.
He leaves one son, Michael McCaffrey of Cumberland; one daughter, Jennifer L. Harland of Cumberland; one brother Richard McCaffrey of Coventry, three sisters, Denise McCaffrey-Pasquel and Debra Turcotte both of Cranston, Maureen McCaffrey-Collard of Coventry, one granddaughter, Swede Kaelyn McCaffrey, four nieces and two nephews.
A celebration of his life will take place Saturday at 11 AM in the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Road, Rt. 122, Cumberland. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting Hours will be held Friday, from 5-8 PM.

So sorry to hear of Tommy's passing.He was a great guy and a good friend.
Our group of friends, throughout our teenage years,did everything together,we always had alot of fun and spent alot of time at "the McCaffrey"s. He was a big part of my life and I have great memories.
May your happy memories of him ,console you in your time of grief.My deepest sympathy to all of his family.

I went up to the hospital at noon on Monday to see ya one last time Tommy but I was to late. You had already gone. I cried Tommy cause you were my best friend from a time long ago. I should have stayed in touch. I don't know where it all went but you are still in my heart and I hope you are at peace and with God. I will miss you buddy. Love, Earl

Mccaffrey family.Sorry to hear of Tom or Tommy as I called him.Tommy and I go way back in Cranston.Tommy was a fun guy,we always had good times together.My condolences to the family.
